Article 25 where the relevant competent administrative departments , in violation of the provisions of these measures , fail to fulfill their legal duties and responsibilities , interfere with the project companies ' normal business activities , engage in illegalities by fraudulent means or for private benefits or abuse their duties , the project companies shall have the right to make reports and complaints , or may apply for administrative consideration or bring administrative actions according to law
第二十五条有关行政主管部门违反本办法规定，不履行法定职责、干预项目公司正常经营活动、徇私舞弊、滥用职权的，项目公司有权举报和申诉，也可以依法申请行政复议或者提起行政诉讼。
